Październikowe „numery jeden” z lat 80. i 90. (Australia, Niemcy, USA, Wielka Brytania)

Październik już za nami. Przez cały miesiąc na fanpage’u bloga na Facebooku sukcesywnie publikowałem posty podsumowujące, jakie utwory przebywały na 1. miejscu oficjalnych list przebojów w Australii, Niemczech, Wielkiej Brytanii i USA w październiku w latach 1980-1999. Teraz moje zapiski publikuję w całości na blogu.

Tworząc poniższą rozpiskę, kierowałem się dwoma założeniami, które wypadałoby tutaj wskazać.

– Po pierwsze, starałem się zwracać uwagę nie na datę, jaką opatrzone było notowanie danej listy, lecz dzień, w jakim faktycznie opublikowano to notowanie (obie daty odbiegają bowiem od siebie, np. w Wielkiej Brytanii różnica wynosi 6 dni).

– Po drugie, jeżeli piosenka na 1. miejsce listy trafiła jeszcze we wrześniu (np. 27.09), a w pierwszym październikowym notowaniu przypadającym nie na 1 października, lecz dzień późniejszy (np. 04.10), doszło do zmiany na prowadzeniu, taki „wrześniowo-październikowy” utwór również doliczałem do stawki październikowych „numerów jeden” (jako że jego pobyt na 1. miejscu de facto „zahaczał” o interesujący mnie miesiąc).

Utwór Cher „numerem jeden” w październiku 1989 r. był tylko na ARIA Singles Chart (na 1. miejsce Kent Music Report dotarł później).
